general information

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled photo time, with hair and makeup (if you wish) done, wearing your costume or in tow. All classes will take both a group and individual photos. For those families with multiple classes and siblings, we have tried to place them as close together as possible in the schedule. Class photos will appear in the annual commemorative collage that we proudly display on our photo wall.

Showcase photos will be available for download in June 2026.

costumes

We will be handing out costumes during class time as soon as they’ve been fitted. If alterations are required, they will be handed out to families once completed. Please ensure your costumes remain in pristine condition and keep all items like tights/socks and accessories together. Label ALL your costumes/accessories/tights/socks/shoes with your name. We do not have replacements. It is your responsibility to take care of your costume and bring it to and from photo day, dress rehearsal (musical theatre only) and showcase. Please do not allow performers to eat in their costumes and bring a “cover-up” to the showcase to help protect costume integrity.

photo day hair & makeup

Please come with your hair neatly styled off your face in a slick ponytail, bun or in one or two French braids. Dancers with bangs are encouraged to have them styled. Dancers with short hair or hair that cannot be braided or put into a ponytail, we encourage you to have your hair pinned and styled off your face.
