We have chairs available for dancing or for afterwards, and you can dance with your baby in the carrier OR holding your baby.

Baby Dance Club™ is a 30-minute dance class by Flux Flow Dance Centre with connection and chats after for parents/caregivers of babies 0-18 months old! The class is designed to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance. No baby music here! We’ll have a fun, upbeat playlist to get us grooving.

Open to any parent/grandparent/caregiver and baby age 0-18 months (must be old enough to be held while doing baby safe movements, or be held in a baby carrier). Co-owner & Teacher Lee-Anne is committed to providing an engaging and welcoming experience for everyone, no matter their movement experience level.

We understand that people who have given birth may need to modify and take breaks, and that will be encouraged and celebrated at the studio.
