CLASS CREDITS: Missed class credits are available for adult sessions to a maximum of 2 per session.

fall sessions
14-Weeks September to December (no class thanksgiving Monday)
Mondays
12-1pm Pilates Mat (All Level)
A full-body Pilates workout suitable for all fitness levels. Focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement with modifications offered for beginners and challenges for advanced participants.
1-2pm Adult Tap (Intermediate Level 1)
This is an intermediate tap class, great for those who have been studying on and off for years, looking for a relaxed yet challenging class and who are ready to move up to the next level.
Tuesdays
7:00-8:00pm Adult Broadway Jazz (Beginner Level)
This class is Beg-Elementary level and works on a Broadway Jazz routine to perform in small groups and film - for fun!
8:00-9:00pm Adult Broadway Burn (All Level)
Workout bootcamp style while belting out your favourite Broadway tunes with other musical and fitness lovers.
8:00-9:00pm Adult Tap (Beginner Level)
This Beg-Advanced Beginner level class is a great intro/refresh class for those who are just starting out or want to dust off their tap shoes and get dancing again!
Wednesdays
7:15-8:15pm Adult Ballet (Beginner Level)
This beginner-advanced beginner level class is a wonderful community of people returning to the barre to have some working on their balance, technique and coordination together.
Thursdays
7:00-8:00pm Adult Tap (Intermediate Level 2)
This is an intermediate tap class, great for those retired competition dancers, those who have been studying on and off for years, looking for an relaxed yet challenging class.
8:15-9:15pm Yoga (All Levels)
With great playlists and an accessible and inclusive vibe, Tanya creates a safe space to just expand your practice OR begin, without judgement and to help you restore your mind and body at the end of the week.
Fridays
12:00-1:00pm Barre Fit (All Level)
This is a great class for those looking for a killer work out, with great beats, positive encouragement and sweat using the barre and the centre.
