Even if it’s been years, or you’ve always wanted to start, Generations is the place for non-judgmental, personalized and fun class sessions in all styles and for all levels! Learn from a professional in the industry and make lasting connections. Session Programs (jump in any time; we prorate your tuition).
CLASS CREDITS: Missed class credits are available for adult sessions, up to a maximum of 2 per session. Alternatively, you can drop into a yoga or fitness class to make up for the missed session.
DISCOUNTS: 5% off for GEN parents with kids currently enrolled, 10% off your second or subsequent class!

Mondays
12-1 pm Adult Intermediate Tap (Level 2)
This is an intermediate tap class, great for those who have been studying on and off for years, looking for a relaxed yet challenging class and who are ready to move up to the next level.
Tuesdays
7:00-8:00 pm Adult Broadway Jazz (All levels)
This class is Beg-Elementary level and works on a Broadway Jazz routine to perform in small groups and film - for fun!
8:00-9:00 pm Adult Advanced Beg.Tap (Level 1)
This Advanced Beginner level class is a great class for those who want to dust off their tap shoes and get dancing again, brush up for an audition or keep progressing their skills!
Wednesdays
7:30-8:30 pm Adult Ballet (Level 1)
This inclusive adult beginner ballet class focuses on building confidence through supportive, accessible instruction. Explore foundational ballet technique at a comfortable pace, celebrating progress, joy, and movement in a judgment-free space
Thursdays
7:15-8:15 pm Adult Tap (Level 2)
This is an intermediate tap class, great for those post-competition dancers, those who have been studying on and off for years, looking for a relaxed yet challenging class.

Blending a love of showtunes with a high-energy bootcamp in a supportive environment, this is the perfect place to get your sweat on and maybe sing along!

9:30-10:30 am Pilates Mat Strength
A full-body Pilates workout suitable for all fitness levels. Focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement with modifications offered for beginners and challenges for advanced participants.
Thursdays
10:00 - 11:00 am Barre Fit
This high-energy class delivers a killer full-body workout with upbeat music, positive encouragement, and plenty of sweat—using both the barre and the centre to build strength, stamina, and balance.
8:30-9:30 pm Yoga
With great playlists and an accessible and inclusive vibe, Tanya creates a safe space to just expand your practice OR begin, without judgment and to help you restore your mind and body at the end of the weekdgment, and to help you restore your mind and body at the end of the busy week.
