All class fees listed below include HST (exception: after-school club, which has no HST).

All online payments are charged a 2.4% transaction fee.

EFT payments can be set up monthly by emailing us here to avoid service fees.

All monthly payments after September 1st are processed on the 15th of the month. All fees will be posted to accounts by the end of August to ensure all discounts/fees are applied correctly.

There is a non-refundable $25 deposit for all class registrations.

All new families are billed a $40+hst one-time family fee.

When joining after a start date, all tuition is automatically prorated that month.

Class fees include one piece of base attire. Complete look and shoes are a required purchase. Attire information to be available shortly.

*New: Youth Jazz is offered with a 20% discount when taken with Novice OR Youth Acro (a co-requisite). Youth Contemporary is offered at a 20% discount when taken with Novice OR Junior Ballet.

Payment Policies 2026/2027

PAYMENTS FULL SEASON PROGRAMS: All fees are set up in 9 payment instalments for full season programs (September to May) and September to June for General Mercer After Care. You have the option to pay in full at the top of the season. All monthly payments after September 1st are processed on the 15th of the month.

SERVICE FEES: There is a 2.4% transaction fee that families are responsible for paying. Service processing fees are non-refundable. Those paying by e-transfer (or cash) will not be charged the service fee.

ONE TIME FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE: All new families (for camp, year-long programs or kids’ sessions) will be charged a one-time family fee of $40+hst. Adult students are not charged the one-time family fee. All one-time family registration fees are non-refundable.

PAYMENT METHODS: Fees are made by credit card (Visa, Master Card) through Jackrabbit or by e-transfer to connect@generationsperformingarts.com. Those paying by EFT will not be charged the service fee. Service fees are only posted when an online credit card payment is made, so the posted total on your account before payment is without service fees.

HST: Generations no longer charges HST on any of our PD Day, March Break, Summer Camps, After School Club fees, or our General Mercer After School Program.

PAYMENTS: All monthly payment instalments are due on the 15th of the month and will be processed automatically. Initial payments (one-time family registration fees, etc.) will be charged immediately, and production fees and camp fees will be charged on the set dates in their description. Summer camp payments are charged on May 1, 2027, and production fees are charged on January 15, 2027. All those paying via e-transfer must schedule their payments for the 14th of each month, October to May.

WITHDRAWING: Students withdrawing must give written notice to connect@generationsperformingarts.com (Attention Lee-Anne).

CLASS TRANSFERS: Class transfers for year-long programs are available up until January 15th, 2026, as long as there is space. If the new class fee is more than the previous class, the monthly payments will be updated to reflect this, or the remaining fee will be posted for those who have paid in full. If the new class fee is less than the previous class, a credit or refund for the difference will be posted to the account (as per the family’s request).

REFUNDS: Prorated refunds are available for withdrawals received before January 15th, 2027, for full-season programs. A $25+hst administrative fee will be deducted, as well as tuition for any classes that have already occurred.  No refunds will be issued after January 15th, 2027, for full-season programs. Costume & Production fees are non-refundable. 

COSTUME, PRODUCTION & PHOTO FEES: Costume & Production fees for classes with year-end Showcase performances (Dance, Musical Theatre & Adult Musical Theatre) will be charged January 15th, 2027. This includes costumes, lighting, sound, stage managing, sets, props, video keepsake and photos. Costume & Production fees are non-refundable. 

PERMISSION: All cardholders authorize Generation Performing Arts Centre permission to charge their credit card provided on the set dates outlined in the policy AND in the class descriptions.
