Calling all Youth Volunteer Leaders!

We are currently accepting applications for our March Break & Summer Camp 2026 volunteers.

Join us for the 2025/26 season, leading & volunteering in our dance, musical theatre, and parkour classes. We have highly trained instructors in a new facility at St. Clair West and Caledonia Road.

All leaders are expected to arrive on time, bring their own snacks and meals (peanut-free), and be present with the students (no phones are allowed during activities, no posting of any kind on social media). Youth Leaders will be provided with a t-shirt and a name tag.

Leaders must read, understand and support all studio policies (sickness, code of conduct, behaviour) which can be found here. Leaders for our March Break and Summer Camps who have been part of our LIT program or volunteered with us before will be given priority.

Leading with us means developing skills in leadership, arts education and facilitation.

Our team will confirm your placements as soon as possible and send you an email regarding orientation and the welcome package before camps begin.

Please note: We try our best to honour requests, but you may be asked to volunteer in a different program that needs more support. We are limiting each summer camp volunteer to two camps total for the summer this season.

Students must be starting grade 7 in September 2026 to be considered for a volunteer position.

All year long volunteers will take part in our signature Leadership Course, an 8-week program on scheduled Fridays to connect with other volunteers, learn and strengthen their leadership skills and to elevate their confidence in class. Schedule TBA.
